Github Copilot X (Chat) Private Beta
Private beta
I recently gained access to the Github Copilot Chat in May 25th. It’s a great opportunity to be part of the private beta testing of the product. I’ve been using it for almost a month now. In short, it implements GPT into VSCode. When I open a page, it recognizes the code and can directly answer related questions without any need to copy and paste. It’s really cool to have such an assistant in the IDE. However, as it’s not powered by GPT-4 as claimed, its capabilities are not great for now. There is a lot of room for further improvement, but it’s still impressive to have such a tool.
